| Energy Forge MK 5 Larger in size than the WHE Energy Forge the Mark V Energy Forge is designed to be used in larger applications to convert more heat into electricity at a higher thermal efficiency. In a typical application one Energy Forge is capable of generating 438,000 kilowatt hours (kWh) of electricity per year. To do so, it requires a minimum waste heat temperature of 700° F and based on its 73% operational efficiency, a minimum waste heat volume of approximately 976,000 BTU. At the heart of this Energy Forge is a 92HP engine capable of generating 67.16HP of clean electricity, or 50kWh. At 24/7, operation this represents 1200kWh per day or 438,000kWh per year. Certain heat sources may support several Engines on one system. Please input your system specifications on the spread sheets provide on the calculations page and submit it to Waste Heat Resources for review. Artist's Rendition of Mark 5 Energy Forge System.
